At Texan Equipment Rentals, we make renting equipment simple and convenient. Customers can choose between pickup at our New Caney location or having their rental equipment delivered directly to their location.

Whether you're working on a construction project, landscaping job, or another equipment rental need, our delivery service helps save you time and makes getting your equipment where you need it easier.

Delivery Rates

Our delivery pricing is based on the distance from our rental location to your delivery address.

• Up to 10 miles: $250 base delivery fee
• Beyond 10 miles: $250 base fee + $6 for each additional mile
• Maximum delivery distance: 30 miles

How Our Delivery Pricing Works

Our standard delivery fee is $250 for locations within 10 miles.

For locations more than 10 miles away, an additional $6 per mile is added for each mile beyond the first 10 miles.

For example:

• 10 miles: $250
• 15 miles: $250 + $30 = $280
• 20 miles: $250 + $60 = $310
• 30 miles: $250 + $120 = $370

Choose Delivery or Pickup

During checkout, customers can choose the option that works best for them:

Pickup: Pick up your equipment from our New Caney location.

Delivery: Have your rental equipment delivered directly to your provided address for the applicable delivery fee.

Please make sure your delivery address is accurate when placing your rental order so that the appropriate delivery charge can be calculated.

Delivery Availability

Delivery availability is based on the delivery distance, rental schedule, and equipment availability. Our current delivery service is available for locations up to 30 miles from our rental location.

Important Delivery Information

Customers are responsible for providing a safe and accessible location for equipment delivery. The delivery area should be accessible to the equipment being rented, and someone may need to be available to receive the equipment at the scheduled delivery time.

Delivery fees are calculated based on the distance from our rental location. Any special delivery circumstances or requirements may need to be discussed with Texan Equipment Rentals before the rental is confirmed.
